Broken app. Decent idea and all, but every time I try to enter my perfectly valid email, it says invalid email, thus rendering the app unusable.

It would not let me sign up/in I put my email in my name my password 3 times it kept taking me back to the first page. I believe it was because I was trying to get a different town. It only has a few towns to look in. I was very disappointed. I fell the commercial it is very misleading unless you are in one of those towns.
Self touring no longer works.
Bad experience. So the first buying agent they paired us with refused to submit an offer for us saying it was too low. They actually aren't able to do that LEGALLY. With just 5 minutes of research on the guy Drew Roicki he has a legal history of trying to scam customers on not only realty but on car sales as well. How he got his license with that background is beyond us. But then another property we tried scheduling a viewing for 3 days straight and everytime it was pushed back.
App filtertration is absolutely terrible. Performance is awful. If I had a product owner that put this heaping pile of garbage out to prod, I would fire that person on the spot. I cannot believe this passed UAT!
If you care about your neighbors DO NOT SELL TO THEM! My neighbor recently sold to them for convenience and I can't blame them for that but then the contractors started coming in very early mornings making as much noise as humanly possible. I've addressed this but either they didn't understand or don't care. Not only that but they don't just get all of the remodeling done in one go, they're here for 3 days, gone for 3 days, then back again. Extremely inconsistent. DON'T USE THEM!
I have now tried to visit multiple properties through opendoor. Now they are saying they do not let you self tour properties even though the app says it's a self tour. They want you with a real estate agent. If they can't update a simple app makes you wonder if there are other things wrong.
A fiasco. They just cancelled self touring options here at Houston. Now it's just like other apps where you MUST go with a rep from them. We suspended our financing application with them after this. Also, the houses they own are over priced and cheaply fixer upped. Good job. You screwed up your tour reps, customer service reps and finance office!
Very out of date. Homes that sold 6 months ago are still listed for sale.
